Hello All.
I am having issues using combo boxes from a clearcollect on Start for my Power App.
For some reason it does not like this formula, even though it works when I reference the uncollected data table instead.
Hi @Robert14356 ,
That is because your collection only captures the data in the column, not its Choices options (which you can only get by referencing the List).

Thank you for your response 🙂
Do you know how i would make a drop down of the filtered data?
The original data column is from a SharePoint list with the data type of Choices.
Im using this to filter down the data on App Start:ClearCollect(DeveloperInternal,Filter('Video Data','Video Origins'.Value = "Internal" &&'Target Audience'.Value = "Developers"));
Hi @Robert14356 ,'
Assuming 'Video Data' is the list name, this should show the Choice field you are after.
ClearCollect( AddColumns( DeveloperInternal, "MyChoices" YourChoiceField.Value ), Filter( 'Video Data', 'Video Origins'.Value = "Internal" && 'Target Audience'.Value = "Developers" ).MyChoices )
still cant get it to work.
My overall goal is to have multiple varying collections of the the same data table loaded on start that can be referenced from any screen and used in galleries or drop downs.
