Hi, can anyone point me towards some answers or share advice on the following?
I'm building a traceability database for a small processing plant. I aim to use Power Apps to build a front end for users to view and enter data on the work floor.
Im having trouble understanding the limitations of the tools in MS365.
If I use Access -> Dataverse -> Power Apps, users wont be able to use the data unless they get a premium license, right?
If I use SQL Server Express, the same limitations with Dataverse licensing apply?
If I use Access, I will need a lot of VBA modules for recursive queries etc. Will they be usable from Power Apps?
If I use another front end developing tool entirely, will that limit the ability to integrate with other MS365 apps?
Or, is there a much better way to accomplish this? Ideally without purchasing a range of licenses, were a startup and budget is limited.
Thanks to anyone for some insight.
