Are the triggers in PVA topics case sensitive? I have a topic with the trigger "Domain Asks" when I test it out with "domain asks" it doesn't recognize it. I thought PVA is not case-sensitive.
The instructions specifically say not to worry about case when adding keywords, which implies that they should be case-insensitive. But I've seen the same thing you have and since its an AI that does the matching its not that simple. My rule of thumb is to keep all my keywords as lower case unless they are proper nouns that require capitalization, like city names. that seems to work better than using Caps. If I do that in a sample bot it recognizes Domain Asks as well as domain asks and DOMAIN ASKS. But it is also dependent on the other Topic keywords you are using.
