PARSE JSON Experimental Feature not displayed

I am trying to enable the PARSE JSON experimental setting but when I go to upcoming features and search for it will doesn't show up?  My authoring version is 3.23094.31  Any ideas?

    ParseJSON is now GA. You no longer have to turn it on 🙂
