This has been happening to me on various Sharepoint sites i'm using.
This is a pain as I can't create views for my users. Whats going on here?

Could you please share a screenshot of your app's configuration?
I have made a test on my side (Within SharePoint New Experience), and don't have the issue that you mentioned.
It seems that this issue is related to your SP list rather than PowerApps. Please take a try to generate an app from your SP list, then try it again to check if issue is solved.

Please also take a try to clear cache of your browser, and then try your app again to check if the issue still exists.

This is happening to me as well. Its **bleep** annoying and I have not found a solution or reason yet. I am unable to remove them.
