Published Copilot Agent Not Receiving Prompt from 'Execute Copilot' Connector

Hello Everyone,
 
I'm using the "Execute Copilot" connecter ( Sends a prompt to the specified Copilot for processing ) 
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/microsoftcopilotstudio/#execute-copilot
 
I have set it up to trigger when a Dynamics 365 FO business event occurs It works correctly when testing in Copilot Studio but after publishing the agent the Copilot does not receive the prompt and the power automate flows is successful what am I missing here?
