I was ready to launch an app organization-wide and at the last minute found out that the Lists the app is based on was created in the 'personal lists' folder. Essentially, the only person who is able to access controls, edit/add/delete records on the app is me, the developer. Other people can open the app but dropdown boxes, radio buttons, etc. have red x's on them.
How do I go about moving lists from 'My Lists' to a shared drive without having to recreate the Lists?
There is a function to Create a List based on an existing List, but it doesn't offer the option to pick from where 'My Lists' are located at.
