Happy Saturday!

Trying to figure out how to Filter/Reference One SharePoint List ID to Another SharePoint List ID

Capture.PNG

I created 2 SharePoint List

First SharePoint List Name: Request

Second SharePoint List Name: Report Writer

Example:

When a New Request get submitted, The Report Writer "Admin" will be able to add note to the following New Request that was submitted. I would like  to reference each Request ID with Report Writer ID

I hope i explain myself clearly. Let me know 😁

Thank you in advance.

Have you considered just adding a Lookup field in the Report Writer list that points to the Request list?  The admin could pick the appropriate request when they add the Report Writer.  Then use a flow that kicks off when a new Report Writer item is added to add the ID of the item to the Request list.
