What is the best way to integrate the Dynamics 365 CE with the Biztalk server?
Mostly expecting realtime(nearly) both ways.

There are 3rd party connectors for BizTalk that can connect to Dynamics 365 CE / CDS - e.g. https://www.cdata.com/drivers/d365sales/biztalk/
However, are you sure BizTalk is the right tool ? Power Automate would be tool to use for most integrations, and there is a lot more knowledge and development around using Power Automate with Dynamics 365 CE, compared to using BizTalk. I think there are still some complex scenarios that Power Automate wouldn't cope with, and that BizTalk may be able to hand

This is the existing setup(Biztalk ) and requirement to connect to transfer the data from/to Dynamics 365.
