How to share the Power BI workspace with others as Power BI workspace Admin?

Hello,

I am unable to login with Power BI community forum, as page is keep throwing an error. Therefore raising a query here if anyone can help with her/his Power BI expertise.

I am Power BI workspace admin on the Power BI workspace access I have, However I don't see any option to share with other team members.

Can you please share, how can I share the workspace with others as Power BI workspace Admin?

You can grant access to others by assigning them a role. More information at the reference below:

I know how to assign, however my concern here is As a Power BI workspace Admin, I don't see the "Access" option -> what could be the reason? any clue?

Hi @dave8,

Is your workspace using the classic experience or the new experience?

The reference in my previous response assumes you're using the new experience. In the classic experience, you can manage member access in the workspace.
