Hi,
I'm using the Leave Request App. By default the datasource is an Excel in OneDrive. My question is if I could move this Excel to Sharepoint and it continues being the datasource.
Hi @Sandritto,
Do you want to move the Excel table data source from your OneDrive to your SP library, then connect your app to the Excel table stored in your SP library?
Currently, within PowerApps, we could not use a Excel file stored within SP library as a data source in an app.
If you want to move the Excel table data source from your OneDrive to your SP library, then connect your app to it, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.
If you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps, please submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:

Best regards,
Kris
Hi Kris,
Thanks for your fast answer. And could I change my data source from Excel to a SP list without changing the APP?
You could change your Excel table data source to a SP list. But the data structure of the SP list must be defined the same as that within the Excel table data source.
In other words, the SP list must have same data structure (same columns) with the Excel table data source.
Hi @v-xida-msft,
I tried, I created 3 different SP lists with the same data structure as the Excel and next thing you know everything full of errors...
UPDATE
I managed to fix everything, it had to do with the field types. But as I run the app the data keeps saving in my OneDrive Excel... Even if there connections are to SP and not to OneDrive.
@Sandritto What field type in SP did you have to use to get the data to populate?
