I am trying to build an APP in teams that will allow me to manage equipment locations and availibility with a check in and out process, link to MS TEAMS LIST App

if you are using Dataverse for teams - any references to SP lists would be through a virtual table… which I don’t believe are a feature of Dataverse for Teams, only full Dataverse.
Sorry I did not properly frame what I am trying accomplish. I am trying to setup a check out and check in DATABASE for Tools and Equipment tied to Job and then the forman. multiple tools and equipment may be on a job site or Truck and then tie it back to the POWER APPS List program. Sorry for the bad information
2 Items I left out I want the forman / employee and time stamp come from their TEAMS login. Sorry for leaving that out
