Portal invitation email link not working

Hi everyone,

Recently I have been trying to send a portal invitation to contacts to provide access to their cases on my power pages site. Access includes creating new cases as well as viewing and editing their existing cases. The Portal invitations are successfully being sent to their email however, when they click the link provided in the email, the following error message appears.

I've done research and seem to only find ways to fix this error by the contact changing settings on their device for example removing their firewall which they will not do, is there any way I can fix this on my side so as to not interfere with my contact's devices?

Hi @BodeePawchuk ,
Please find Send Invitation workflow, deactivate it and update the invitation link with an actual link to your website. By default, it just has a placeholder to localhost (which you can clearly see in the error on your screenshot). You need to replace the base URL part with the actual portal base URL. Hope this helps.
