My virtual agent will not learn from the site added

Hi, I wanted to add AI capabilities to my bot. I made one and added my organisations website which applies to the rules:

it’s indexed or found by Bing.
it does not use sites with forums or comments from end users
it does not include query strings, more than two levels of depth, or the character "." in URL.

the first time i created the bot it used the content on the site effectively and answered most of my prompts. 2 weeks later it stopped and only returned with "I’m sorry, I’m not sure how to help with that. Can you try rephrasing?". I first thought it was because of my inactivity with the bot so i deleted it and created a new one with the same site link added, but it continues to do the same. What did I do?

Hi @IshikaPatel ,

You probably have to open an account on Azure OpenAi to make it to work now.

Or, it's not rolled out for the public yet.

Don't include query strings, more than two levels of depth, or the character "." in your URL.

Is there some way we can query on data content from sites having more than 2 levels of depth, if we take Copilot Studio subscription?
