When connecting app to sharepoint and selecting a custom library (where you type it's name), in PowerApps from Microsoft Store you can't type the space symbol. You can do so in web browser and then edit it in the UWP version of PowerApps

Did you mean that in PowerApps windows studio below position, you cannot type space in the custom list name?
If so, I got the same issue. Yet a workaround here is that you actually can copy and paste the name with space there.
I will try to report this to the product team.
