I have a SharePoint list with a laptop model column and a status column and I want to set up power automation so that if a specific laptop model's status has only one in stock it then emails me, how can I do this I have tried soo many times no luck.

Example List

So I want an email every time the G9 status choice has only one In stock choice in the SP list like the table below.

Below is what I did but no luck

you missing an action

Trigger -> Get Item -> Condition ->Email

After trigger add get Items and than use that Get Items to populate your Condition

In your first flow condition, you have a check for 'HP ProBook 440 G9', but your list has values 'G9', so that won't be equal.

You can also expand the 'when an item' action when looking at the flow run to see what inputs were involved, which will show you the values that it is comparing against

g9 is an example, not the actual list of items but similar scenario

Ok, thanks for confirming, so what does your flow run say about what the edited item's details were?

what needs to go into the Limit entries... and the include.... and is this the action needed

Ok, from Start then

If You don't have Experimental futures already On put them on that will help you with what we do next:

Now in your Get Items action expand Advance Settings

You should see there Filter Query similar to screen below ignore my staff

Set the Query to your needs similar what you did in your condition

now in the condition place this code

length(outputs('Get_items')?['body/value'])

it should look like this :

make sure to fallow screen to set rest of the condition
See if that will resolve your problem

So there's no failed flow runs from when you edit an item in the list?

Can you confirm the flow is turned on?

Also is the 'when an item is modified' pointing at the right site and list?

If nothing works @iAm_ManCat is correct check if flow is successful than if it is click on it and check the run check if Get Items pull any data if it not pull any means the filter / Condition is wrong cause if the record with the set up condition exist it should be retrieved from SharePoint List.

Also trigger on it's own should Trigger on modification so you should see running flow and status of it.
