I was wondering if there is an easy way to directly push Excel data into an existing Microsoft Lists..

If it is a large Excel file, the easiest way is to create a Power Automate flow that goes line by line through the file and adds items to the Sharepoint List. The Excel connector is slow, so expect this flow to run for a while.
