Hello, I created a copilot about a month ago and I'm now going back to it to make some updates to polish it up before releasing it to the public. Problem is, when the copilot loads I get an error. Can someone please look into this and get back to me with a solution or detailed error message? I'm unable to parse anything more beyond what is provided currently.

Error:

Something unexpected happened. We’re looking into it. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: d99fd677-d7db-4bc0-908b-63c657c6e52b. Time (UTC): 10/30/2024 11:09:56 PM.

    Hi  ,

Everytime the first thing i check will be connections to the knowledge sources. Go to the connections section of your Copilot in Copilot Studio and ensure all required connections are active. Expired or disconnected resources (e.g., Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint) can lead to unexpected system errors.

Please let know when you are experiencing the Error? Is it on trigger of Copilot itself (or) while asking some questions?

I will disable/turn off the Custom Actions and plugins one by one to check which is causing the error. Once you narrow down the action that cause the error, it is easy to resolve. This always worked for me.

If both the above is not helpful, Since you have a conversation ID, you can escalate this to Microsoft Support, referencing the error code and conversation ID.

    Thanks.
