- I disable general knowledge and add a specific knowledge source
- I ask a question that cannot be answered based on the knowledge source.
➡️ The agent tells me that no such info is present - that's what I would expect.
On tenant 2:
- I use: "Create generative answer"
- I disable general knowledge and add a specific knowledge source
- I ask a question that cannot be answered based on the knowledge source.
➡️ The agent restarts the conversation and triggers the topic "On conversation start"! I don't want this to happen - I want the same reply as above (and yes, I'm also in debug mode).
You can see that happening in the attached video.
- This does not happen if I'm asking something that CAN be answered based on the knowledge source. Then I get a normal reply.
- This does happen both for SharePoint knowledge sources as well as custom uploads.
Does anyone have an idea why this is happening and how I can prevent it?
it seems like the prompt that you're asking invokes some kind of background error that restarts the conversation. I'd try to use pac CLI and export the bot from tenant 1, delete the bot from tenant 2 and reimport it again with the outputs from tenant 1. You can read more about pac CLI here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/developer/cli/reference/copilot
