Topic : Get a quote
Trigger Phrases :
If we give above phrases in middle of another topic(feedback), it is not triggering the Get a Quote topic instead it is following the feedback topic messages.
Even if the Get a Quote topic is turned off , and if we use above phrases in middle of feedback topic, it is not throwing any kind of error message but it continues with the topic's message.

if I understand, when you use the trigger phrase in a running topic, does the topic keep running?
If so, make sure you are not using the trigger phrase when the bot is waiting for an input, for example: Enter your name: (in this situation your trigger phrase will not be executed but stored in the variable) and the current topic will continue or an error may occur saying that you did not understand the information passed.
The structure you built counts when calling another topic within a conversation.
