Same Patch, One Works the Other Doesn't

I'm use these two Patch conditions for the same purpose on two different lists. The first one works fine patching all the data to the NewMembeApprovalList. The second doesn't patch any data to the MemberList.

    Problem solved.

     

    The MemberList screen has a Text field for the ProgramHierarchy, not a dropdown box.

     

    I updated the field in the condition; problem fixed.👍
