Why PVA Bot is not working

I have question , why the test bot is working well and pass all test but if I click publish and demo on website then the test failed.

only one trigger phrase is workable and for the rest of the trigger phrases are show the error code or wrong answer that I never type in the flow. why??

Hi @123TT ,

Did you publish your bot and after go to Channels >> Demo website, right?

Did you wait 15 minutes (we have a delay to apply all changes)?

If yes for the both questions, you can open a ticket from the Microsoft support, they can investigate better your internal situation: https://powervirtualagents.microsoft.com/en-us/support

Also, if you need to get the Bot ID information, you can go to the Channels >> Custom website >> You will see an iframe that contains the ID like (XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXX-XXXX) value.
