I have a problem with a dropdown list in edit form.
when I change my Default to LookUp('myviewtable', 'ID '= ThisItem.'ID Entidade Vendedora'), i got this error:
Hi @Anonymous ,
The default value of your dropdowm has to be the same format as the value property:
Your formula: LookUp('myviewtable', 'ID '= ThisItem.'ID Entidade Vendedora') returns a record, but if you put
LookUp('myviewtable', 'ID '= ThisItem.'ID Entidade Vendedora').column ToShow you'll get the desired result.
Hope it helps !
Not from the error now, but the dropdown does not work, is blank and no more results appear.

I was having a similar issue. I wanted the users to be able to edit their dropdown values after submitting/saving. At first the dropdowns were empty in edit forms. I solved this by adding a default value to the dropdown. In the default of the dropdown:ThisItem.'Field name that has the dropdown choices'. Value
Also ensure the datacard default is:ThisItem.'Field name that has the dropdown choices'and the update value of the datacard is:
dropdown.Selected
