I created a simple copilot agent in Studio that answers questions based on 6 PDFs I uploaded to the Knowledge base. The conversational boosting topic is set to only use the Knowledge sources. It works great in demo and it answers correctly using the Knowledge sources, but when I moved it into Teams it is now using the internet to answer questions along with the knowledge sources so it's giving inconsistent responses. Sometimes it references the PDFs sometimes it makes up its own answers. This only happens in Teams. It also will not load the feedback stars for feedback responses so you can't click on them, again this only happens in Teams. Someone mentioned that this is a known issue and Microsoft is working on it? I have to launch this to other people at my company, but I cannot if it's not working correctly in Teams.
- To you uncheck the box from the agent home page to allow to use is own knowledge ? this one let him go on internet
- Seconde in the conversationnal boost topics, in the generative action box, if you edit and go to see the source, you will notice that sometime it's check to allow knowledge despite the fact your removed from home page
- third : if you allowed deep reasoning, it s possible too, remove from settings in gen AI section of the agent
