We developed a Power App, but after publishing changes, some end users occasionally experience cache issues with the Power App mobile app. To resolve this, we have to manually clear the app's cache, then reopen the app, which fixes the problem.
My users have been clearing caches for about seven years and know to do this when they do not open the current version of the app. This is more an issue with Power Apps being helpful and storing the last opened version so it opens more quickly the next time. However, generally the "new version" banner works fine.
