Model Driven app with Grid

Hi -

I have a model driven app with a sub grid. The 2 tables in question are Goals & Performance. The employee can view their performance record with their goals by filtering on Owner is current user or their reporting hierarchy. Hierarchy security is turned on for both tables.

In the screen shot, Power tester is logged in and the supervisor. Another users is the direct report. How do I display only that employee in the grid? Many employees can have many Goals and many performance records.

If you want to only show the current user you can apply the filter to only show record where the field "onwerid" is equal to the current user.

To filter the subgrid in your Model-Driven App to display only the records for the employee (current user or their direct reports based on the hierarchy)

Ensure that hierarchy security is working correctly by testing different user levels (supervisor vs. employee).

The Owner field on the Goals and Performance tables should align with the user or manager for proper filtering.
