Whenever I try to enter data which is not present in data source it is not giving response of fallback function like if data is not found it should be saying "I'm sorry, I'm not sure how to help with that. Can you try rephrasing?" but it is not happening I have attached the screen shot please it will be great help.

I hope you are doing well. In your condition, you are testing on "Activity.Text is not blank" (Activity.Text is the question that the user asks I believe). I think you meant to test on the generative AI answer.
Thank you so much for your response Citron yes I am doing good, what you told is partially correct. The scenario if user types something that is out of the box that is not in my data source then it should be triggering fallback. Here I have typed "Who is CEO of Metromax?" this data is not there in data source so I want my chatbot to show "I'm sorry, I'm not sure how to help with that. Can you try rephrasing?" this is what I want to show but it is not showing.

which looks like yours. Could you try in your condition to change "Activity.Text" to "Answer" or the name of the variable in which you save your generative answer ?
