Hello everyone!

Thanks for considering reading my post. Me and my team have faced a huge mistake in the project we are currently working on. When initially creating the solution and publisher we used another publisher with the wrong prefix. Nobody even noticed as there was no initial requirement regarding the Publisher whatsoever. We have built over 100 components now, each containing endless configurations. After our First Sprint the client has asked us to change the Publisher and Publisher Prefix of all the components inside the solution. I've tried to search some content but was unable to find a related one. Can somebody please let me know if there's any way to fix this else than creating the whole solution and all the solution components back again as this is 2 weeks of hard work.

Would really much appreciate any response. Thanks

Didn't find a proper solution rather than creating the whole solution but submitted an idea for this, Do vote:

    Hello @ShaheerAhmad

You will have to re create all the components under the new solution to change the solution publisher.

Once a solution component (like a table, field, or anything) is created under a particular publisher, the namespace and prefix defined by that publisher are permanently associated with that component.
