I'm trying to find a way to have a centralized group of Topics which can be shared with multiple Copilot chatbots. Somewhat similar to the example-lesson-topics included when creating a new chatbot, but a custom group of topics. Or, a way in which to add a handful of prebuilt topics to any Copilot chatbots.
I've attempted using a Power Automate Solution and adding the Topics to the Solution's Subcomponents, then create a new Copilot chatbot using that solution, but the subcomponents are not listed in available topics or when using a topic redirect or action.
Ideally, I would be able to update the original group of topics and everywhere they are used would also receive those updates. I'm trying to mitigate manually updating each topic when the developers want to make a change. It's laborious and prone to errors.
