I've got my SharePoint knowledge source connected. I have files in the SharePoint folder but for some reason the agent can't read the contents of the file. Has anyone run into this?
I have the same question (0)

Do you get an error message or does the copilot just say he can't find any information in his knowledge source for your question when you are in the test window?

There are limitations to data stored in SharePoint Libarys (that also depend on if you have a normal Copilot license or not) https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/generative-answers-sharepoint-no-response

If you have a Copilot license in your tenant and enable enhanced search result the limit is 200mb for the individual files. It also uses more messages for each question if i am not mistaken. If you don't have a normal Copilot license in your tenant or turn enhanced search results of the file size limit is 7mb. For bigger files up to 512mg you can upload them directly. If your files are bigger then that try to optimize your files or split them up into multiple files.

The file typ could also be a potential issue. Here is a link to the supported files types: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/nlu-generative-answers-sharepoint-onedrive#supported-pages-and-file-types

So the size of your file could be the issue here. Can you please provide more information on the kind of error and the files you are using?
