Microsoft Entra ID table - show status of user (online/offline)

Hello,

I'm developing a model driven app, where I have a Lookup field to table Microsoft Entra ID. When I select an user, I cannot see the info of the user status like I do with a Lookup field to table User.

Does anybody know how to implement that functionality?

I don't think you can enable presence on the virtual table. I believe the only table that has this is the systemuser table. You'd have to create something custom like a PCF control that displays presence.

For other fields in the virtual table you can just adjust the lookup view to display more columns when searching for a person. I believe you can have 3 fields display (not in a pop-up though) by rearranging the first 3 columns in the lookup view.

Do you think this could be fixed creating a new virtual table or the presence is just a setting of the table?

I don't believe so, these are all the options available when creating a normal entity, virtual entities have even less options.
There used to be a presence option in the environment settings but it seems like it's been removed.

Even if you're able to create a virtual table and implement the read plugin in a way that it calls the presence API and gets the presence information along with the user information, the user status can change instantly and the information will instantly become stale, so this will require a complex custom implementation like PCF control as mentioned by @ivan_apps

This is OOB feature. Please check email address of user in CRM and Azure entra ID. User details should be same
