App created with PowerApps is showing an error when used in hardware where "," is used as a decimal

In my App I have used formula Value(5.7667), but when this app is opened in the hardware where "," is used as a symbol of a decimal there it is throwing an error that "It is not possible to change 5.7667 to number" how do I resolve this issue.
