Where is the OOB ServiceBusPlugin?

Hi,

The MS document says there is a OOB ServiceBusPlugin which contains the business logic to post the Dataverse message execution context to the Azure Service Bus. But I can't found it in my environment with Plugin Registration Tool.

Where is the plugin assembly? How could I use the OOB plugin?

Thank you !

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @sukie_y ,

You can follow the steps in the referenced article to do this (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/developer/data-platform/walkthrough-register-azure-aware-plug-in-using-plug-in-registration-tool).

    Hi @dpoggemann ,

    Thank you for the reply!

In my linked document, it says

The ServiceBusPlugin can only be registered to run asynchronously. For more information, see Walkthrough: Register an Azure-aware Plug-in using the Plug-in Registration Tool.

and the Walkthrough is the link you give me.

I can't find any description about the OOB ServiceBusPlugin...

I have googled "ServiceBusPlugin" and nothing help.

Is the ServiceBusPlugin in some assembly I could download?

    Thank you !

    Hi @sukie_y ,

From what I understand the OOB process is to download the plug-in registration tool and follow the steps identified in the link and it will register the plugin.

    @dpoggemann
    Thank you !

I totally misunderstood what the doc says.

If I register a service endpoint, and register a step on it, when the step Message happens, the service endpoint will use the OOB plugin to send the message to service hub. (Actually, I have tested it before...)

Today I found the doc and the name "ServiceBusPlugin" made me to think it is a named plugin, and can find it in the PRT....

    Thank you very much !!!
