ReportReport

Hi, I have a PBI report with different pages by states and I embedded in each page the same powerApps that allow write  comments.

The issue i have is that the user wants write only the comment and the powerAPPS must save it in the respective state..

I am sending the state in the parameters From the PBI report to the PowerApps data, But when the NEW record is saved in the Sharepoint List it doesn't save the State.

In the Screen form to write new comments i am sending the State From the Gallery1 in the screen 1 (that is the screen created automatically when I added a new PowerApps form from powerBI)

Did you create the PowerApp from the visual inside Power BI, or did you create it on the PowerApps website?

You should see a PowerBIIntegration collection?

Correct i can see the PowerBiIntegration data only in the screen1, Screen1 was created automatically when I created the powerAPP form from PowerBI.

After that, i created a new screen (Screen2) based in my Sharepoint list to add the comments. in That screen2 i can't use the data received in the screen1.

    Both screen works perfect,

I am not sure if it is possible, save in a variable the state received by the powerBi integration (available in the Screen1) and use this variable in the screen 2 to create the new coments bt states.

You're not receiving the data in screen1, but in the PowerBIIntegration collection. You can use that from any screen.

    For example:
