Copilot Studio Agents Page Shows “Something Went Wrong” – Unable to Access or See Existing Agents

Hi Community,

I’m experiencing an issue in Copilot Studio where the Agents page displays an error message: “Something went wrong.”

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  • Logged out and back in
  • Cleared cache and cookies
  • Tried different browsers
  • Verified my account permissions

Despite these steps, the problem persists. Additionally:

  • The Home page shows an error in the “Recent Agents” section.
  • I had previously created an agent (not yet published), but it is no longer visible.
  • I’ve attached two screenshots: one of the Agents page and another of the Home page showing the error.

I’d like to understand:

  •
  • What could be causing this issue?
  • How can I resolve it so I can view and manage my agents again?

Any guidance or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Too many things can be but

    1) validate you are in the right environment
    2) validate what license you have (go look or ask IT)
    3) someone setup dlp policies or restrictions (again check with your admin)
    4) try incognito / private mode

If these suggestions help resolve your issue, Please consider Marking the answer as such and also maybe a like.

    Thank you!
    Sincerely, Michael Gernaey

Hey , To add to the good suggestions from Michael -

    1. Check the security role that you have been assigned in the environment.
    2. Can you open the agent if you go into via Solutions?
    3. What happens if you try creating a new agent in this environment? Does it show under recent agents or do you still get the error?

I’ve encountered a similar issue before, and in that case, it was caused by the Dataverse environment storage being full.
In the meantime, try accessing Copilot Studio using the preview URL and check if that makes a difference:
