Custom Connector - Two Permissions Entries

I have an app using a single Custom Connector, and a Connection to it is shared with the same users the app itself is shared with. However, when users go to sign in, they receive two prompts for the same Custom Connector instance. There is only one data entry on the Power App itself, and only one Connection to the connector in the environment.

What causes two of these entries to appear?

Random question, but are you using the custom connector in a component library and have the component ingested in the app?

Another way to confirm the actual connections in use would be to unpack the msapp file with pac cli and check the "Connections.json" file

Microsoft Power Platform CLI canvas command group - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn
Or if part of a solution, add the -pca flag at the end of the command to unpack the solution.

Update: I'm a dingus. There was a deprecated flow that also used a connection reference to the custom connector. In my defense, the connector used by the app and the flow are identical, so I don't think it should be requested twice, but regardless removing the flow fixed the double entry.
