We have configured App Insight for Copilot Bot.
It is logging User and Bot messages also. So, We would like to retrieve user and bot conversations immediately post conversation so that we can pass these conversations to a third party live agent. We are not using OmniChannel service.
Is data in app insight available immediately after completion of a conversation?
If yes, is it a good approach to retrieve user and bot conversations from App Insights using Rest API?
