I was asked today if it's possible to change the look of the "buttons" that are offered when a pva bot has asked a question.
The default is a white button with blue text and border.
Is it possible to change this to a blue button with white text?

The standard buttons look and feel actually depend on the client (Microsoft Teams, the web chat control, etc.) and cannot be customized, as these are simply a list of 'suggested actions' that the chatbot sends.
If you'd like to offer a specific user experience, you would need to rely on adaptive cards, that you can customize and test in various clients using this designer: Designer | Adaptive Cards
