Unable to publish the bot - doesn't show any errors

The bot service that I'm working on is not publishing. If there is an error, as it indicates usually, there are no errors. When I started to publish, it was buffering for more than 30 minutes. How is it possible? What would be the wrong?

    If you are still facing the issue. Please take the network trace and see if there is any error and it can be fixed. If you don't find any issue. Can you open a support request so this can be investigated in more details?
