Sharing with users - need transcript permissions

Hello, 

 

i'm a new PVA user and currently trying to add my manager to my bot. I can share with them, however I find that the transcript permissions are not available. I have shared my bot with three other coworkers who have all the permissions including transcript viewing. 

 

am I missing a step some where?
