Unable to open .rpt file after Power Automate Uploads

Good afternoon,

 

I have created a flow to upload a Crystal Reports .rpt file that's emailed to me every day. Everything goes well until trying to access the file. When trying to open the downloaded file I get an error. 

 

I have tried the "File Name" with and without .rpt at the end to no avail. Any suggestions would be great!
