Getting error when published in Teams and open agent , Copilot agent not working as expected

Hi RK-16011714-0,

Can you check on the activity map when the error message is shown.

Also please give some more details such as what data sources are used, how topics are handled? Any plugins or custom connectors used inside topics etc.

Since there are multiple reason this might not work inside teams such as permissions.

I'm getting the same/similar error in my test environment named 'Copilot - CGE Analyst'. Worked great for a day and then after that, it keeps throwing the system error every time I run a prompt.
