PDF Viewer Issues?

So, I've searched and searched about this topic and seems to be some old issues around the PDF Viewer but couldn't find anything recent.

Problem Statement:
I have multiple Power Apps that use the PDF Viewer to display files from a SharePoint list, have no issues getting them to display in those applications. However, I recently created a new Power App and cannot get the PDF Viewer to show the Sample PDF (stock) or any other PDF in the Power Apps Studio or in any browser. It DOES WORK through the Power Apps application on my iPad. All of my other applications work as normal with the PDF Viewer in the browser and iOS Power Apps application.

All PDF's are being stored on a government tenant SharePoint, as stated all of my other applications work with the items being stored here, just the new application doesn't.

I have tried matching all of the application settings from the other applications to the new one with no luck, I've also tried changing the version history with no luck.

I'm not the one to usually post for help but this is something I've spent the last 2-3 days on with no success.

Thanks in advance for any help or tips on this issue.

It might be related to permissions, tenant policies, or configuration specific to your new app.

Compare Working Apps with the New App:  Open both a working app and the new app in Power Apps Studio. Check "https://<tenant>.sharepoint.com/sites/<site>/LibraryName/Document.pdf"
Browser Compatibility Setting: In Settings > Advanced Settings, ensure "Render in Classic Mode" is disabled in both apps.

Confirm that the Document property of the PDF Viewer points to a valid, direct URL for the PDF file.

    Check SharePoint and Tenant Policies

Enable Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS): Ensure the tenant allows cross-origin requests, as the PDF Viewer relies on CORS. Ask your SharePoint admin to enable CORS for your Power Apps and SharePoint domain.

Ensure your new app is running the latest version of the Power Apps framework. Go to Settings > Upcoming Features > Experimental and verify feature toggles related to media and file handling.

If you open the SharePoint library in another tab of the browser does the PDF viewer work?
