Billing Issue Error while publishing agents

Hi,

I've been facing this error since yesterday which is preventing publishing of agents in all our environments. The error says:

There are open issues with your agent

There is a billing issue with this environment. Please contact your admin to resolve the issue so you can publish

Is this a license related issue or something else? Please provide fixes for the same if any

Billing Issue Error while publishing agents

Check Environment Billing Status

Go to the PP Admin Center.

Select the environment where your agent lives

Under Billing, verify if a Copilot Studio license is assigne?
