I am trying to fill out an ADO User Story Field with an ADO Reference.
I have got the ado reference by using the Get work item details, however when I use the Update Work item details and populate where the ID should go I keep getting an error.
'Unable to process template language expressions in action as JSON: the expression value of type 'Null' could not be used as property name.'
I have tried to convert this to String however I keep getting the same error? any ways to fix this?
The way this is solved is:
Use Update a work item
Find 'Other Fields'
Type in the Field you need to fill in the ADO Card
within the Value Field, select the Dynamic content and click save.
Remember to test this. Hope it helps 🙂
