Sharing Powerapp (Web/Mobile App)

Hello,

 

I have shared an powerapp I have made with an external user.

The app works from a web browser although from the powerapps mobile application it does not.

 

Unsure if there is an additional option I need to select.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
