Hi,
I have a requirement to create input form on adaptive card and take the values back to PVA. I have created a trigger on Bot framework with adaptive card but i am unable to access those values back. At the end of the trigger I have 'Send to PVA topic' where i can see that i have an option to provide property and key value pairs as in the attached picture. But how can we refer these values from PVA.
