How to get the user's sign-in or regsitration type

On power pages there are 2 ways to sign in or register. First is the local sign in and the second one is through azure AD(or azure ad b2c).

I want to assign a web role to the user who signed in through azure AD. But I cannot differentiate this user from the users who logged in through the local sign in.

Is there a way to do that?

The portal user that has used an identity provider (e.g. Azure AD) will have an External Identity record linked to their Contact record (one for each identity provider if they have logged in using multiple), someone that is purely local login will have no External Identity records. (you can see these in the Portal Management App, open Contact then use the Portal Contact form and look under the Web Authorization tab)
