How to set Connection References and Environment Variables when using Package Deployer?

Hi all,

I want to use Package Deployer to deploy multiple solutions and basic data sets in one go.

The solutions contain Environment Variables and Connection References for Power Automate Flows.

Now if I deploy the Package some Flows are not activated because the Connection References are not set. Which makes sense.

I can deploy the solutions separately, then I can specify a settings json file with the variable values and connection references. Is there any way to do something similar using Package Deployer?

Thanks for your help!
