Power App (V2) date format UK create new item in SP list

Hi all,

i built a flow in power app but flow does not trigger due to date format

The dates need to be in ISO 8601 format with the year first, month second and day third. Use a format datetime() to convert the format to YYYY\MM\DD. It specifies that format in the prompt.

i still cant seem to get it working

Expression:

formatDateTime(triggerBody()['date'],'yyyy/mm/dd')

power app date format

Text(Sdate.SelectedDate,"yyyy/mm/dd")

Got it working

had to make date into text in power app then compose in power automate

and use this expression for my create item date column:

parseDateTime(outputs('Compose'),'en-US','dd/MM/yyyy')

create item
